Whatup doe and welcome! I provide the support, guidance, and knowledge that beginning yoga students need, but rarely get. Karla Evelyn Yoga meets you where you are and guides you toward your physical, emotional, and spiritual goals. We can meet one-on-one if you’re near Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A., or you can practice from anywhere by signing up for group classes online.

Offerings
Beginner’s Vinyasa
A quicker paced class of active poses that flow with the breath. Builds strength & stamina, stretches, energizes.
Beginner’s Poses
A slower paced class that holds poses for longer times. We focus on alignment, learning names of poses, and learning about what yoga is.
Meditation & Pranayama
Breathing techniques that energize, calm, or balance energy. Pranayama and meditation are helpful for stress management and mind-body awareness.
Personalized Practice
Whatever you need! One-on-one sessions in person tailored to meet your spiritual, emotional, and physical needs.
