Beginner’s Vinyasa

A quicker paced class of active poses that flow with the breath. Builds strength & stamina, stretches, energizes. Good for workout recovery & injury repair.

Beginner’s Poses

A slower paced class that holds poses for longer times. We focus on alignment, learning names of poses, and how to use props like blocks and straps. Improves balance & mobility.

Meditation & Pranayama

Breathing techniques that energize, calm, or balance energy. Pranayama and meditation are helpful for stress management and mind-body awareness. Chill out!
